Evan Grant is a trial attorney at Bentley & More whose practice focuses on personal injury, insurance bad faith and wrongful death cases. This summer marks the third consecutive year that Bentley & More proudly welcomes talented law students to participate in the Bentley & More Summer Law Clerk Program. Each summer, Bentley & More provides three paid summer law clerk positions to law students who have demonstrated a desire to represent consumers harmed by others with the goal of becoming a trial lawyer. The Bentley & More Law Clerks work alongside our trial attorneys, gaining invaluable experience in the inner workings of a consumer litigation firm focused on taking matters to and through trial.

In addition to the Summer Law Clerk Program, and having enjoyed participation in its inaugural year last year, Bentley & More will again include a 4^th “rotating” member to the Law Clerk Team with our participation in the OCTLA Mentorship Committee’s Internship Program. This talented group of young professionals supports our team of attorneys in a variety of ways including assembling and organizing information for legal documents, researching legal issues, assembling case materials, and writing legal briefs. Our program also offers the Law Clerks an opportunity to attend depositions, court hearings, settlement proceedings, and possibly even trial with their mentors.
