Bentley & More attorneys secure 10.6 Million Settlement

Gregory Bentley, Keith More & Evan Grant of Bentley & More LLP secured an eight-figure settlement from Doe Defendants and Cross-Defendants, after their client was crushed in a construction site accident resulting in a traumatic brain injury and numerous orthopedic injuries. Plaintiff contended that the defendants were negligent in operating and supervising the construction site.
